MultBiplot In R

We are bulding a new package for R containing all the techniques of the desktop version of MultBiplot. Before submitting the package to CRAN you will find here the pre-release packages for R. A GUI for the most basic methods has been added.

To install the packages, copy  and run the following commands into the R console

This commands to install the necessary packages and MultBiplotR (Version 0.3.3.1) for R 3.3.1

install.packages(c("scales", "geometry", "deldir", "rgl", "mirt", "GPARotation", "MASS", "kde2d", "lattice""splom", "dae"))

install.packages("http://biplot.usal.es/classicalbiplot/multbiplot-in-r/multbiplotr.gz", repos = NULL, type="source")

install.packages(c("gWidgets""gWidgetsRGtk2""RGtk2""cairoDevice""foreign", "rattle", "ggrepel", "Hmisc","car"))

install.packages("http://biplot.usal.es/classicalbiplot/multbiplot-in-r/multbiplotrgui.gz", repos = NULL, type="source")

bip=PCA.Biplot(Protein[,3:11])

You may nedd to install manually the GTK+ libraries, you have some more information Here



or download the file into your computer and install it from inside R.
